In the diagnosis of rotating machinery, measurements are conducted on the "entire motor," "bearing section," and "pump bearing section." The measurement methods include "vibration diagnosis" and "thermography diagnosis," each of which has its strengths and weaknesses depending on the diagnostic area. "Vibration diagnosis" excels in diagnosing issues such as bearing problems, misalignment, and imbalance, while "thermography diagnosis" detects faults from a temperature perspective, particularly in the stator winding section and terminal section, and is proficient in diagnosing lubrication conditions.
